We want every Daniyal fragrance to reach you in perfect condition.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where eligible.

Opened fragrances

For hygiene and authenticity, opened fragrance products cannot be returned for preference-based reasons. Unopened products may be eligible under the final live-store policy.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
